Deb King has been coaching leaders, experts, and practitioners for over 20 years. She was teaching coaches to be visible to AI before most people had heard of ChatGPT. She pioneered bite-size audio content in 2015, years before short-form was a thing. And she has spent two decades doing the thing that matters most: finding the gold people are sitting on, and helping them build something real around it.
Deb recently emailed a former client to congratulate her on a newsletter she'd sent out. The reply: "Thanks, Deb, I think of you often and how your coaching helped me stay motivated to keep on doing this business." Years after the coaching ended, it was still doing its work.
